The Ministry of Human Capital reported that there will be an extension for the holders of the Former Empower Work Program to update your personal information in the Social Accompaniment Program (PAS). It is aimed at those people who were not able to carry out the procedure within the initial period, carried out between July 3 and November 15.
The PAS is an initiative that accompanies the beneficiaries of what is now called Back to Work over 50 years old or who are mothers of four or more children under 18 years of age. Its objective is to improve working conditions and the quality of life of families, promoting their autonomy and developing their capabilities.
Update data in ANSES: how to do the procedure
First, the user must go to the ANSES offices with their ID and the documentation that justifies why you did not update the data at the corresponding time. The documentation depends on the cause, so you must bring it in case of:
- Health problems: medical certificates issued by a licensed professional or current Certificate of Disability (CUD).
- Residence in areas with difficult access: certificate of residence or last proof of public service in your name.
- Extreme personal circumstances: police complaints, exposure due to situations of gender violence or accrediting care tasks for other people.
If you cannot justify it, You will be permanently discharged from PAS as of January 5, 2025..
Once the required documentation has been submitted, the application will be subject to validation by the Ministry of Human Capital. The user may be asked for more documentation to regularize their situation.
