Oti Mabuse fights for victory on “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here”. Shortly before the finale, her husband visits her down under.
Oti Mabuse (34) was surprised by her husband Marius Iepure (42) in the British version of the jungle camp. Like, among other things, the candidates were visited by their friends and family members in the Australian bush on December 6th – including Mabuse, who met her partner. “When I walked through the jungle, I least expected this beautiful face, but it was the best surprise ever,” she gushed.
Iepure knew how to impress and took out a piece of clothing from a bag that their daughter had worn the day before. “This is the perfect gift!” said Mabuse, the sister of “Let’s Dance” juror Motsi Mabuse (43). But that’s not all: on the occasion of their tenth wedding anniversary, Iepure also had a sparkling ring with him, which his wife immediately put on his finger. It was “exactly what I needed to spur me on to the end.”
This candidate also has tears flowing
In addition to Mabuse, Coleen Rooney (38) also caused great emotions. “I don’t want you to leave me now!” shouted the presenter after being greeted by her mother Colette McLoughlin (62). That wasn’t the only surprise for Rooney: her sons Kit (8) and Cass (6) also came running into the camp shortly afterwards. “I’m crying because I’m happy, because I missed you so much!” the wife of ex-soccer star Wayne Rooney (39) explained to her eldest before the family explored the camp together.
Mabuse and Rooney are currently taking part in the twelfth series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here (2002-present on ITV), the British version of the jungle camp. The two women are the last remaining candidates fighting for victory against Danny Jones (38) and Richard Coles (62). Shortly after the family visits, their opponents Alan Halsall (42) and GK Barry (25) had to leave the format.
