The Argentine driver completed his participation in the season with the Williams team and is waiting for a resolution for next year.
The Argentine pilot Franco Colapinto ended its historic participation in the 2024 season of Formula 1in what was the return of a national representative in the premier category of motorsport after 23 years.
Colapinto debuted at the Italian GP, in Monza, with a twelfth place. He quickly stood out among the drivers and the public, with that historic eighth place in Azerbaijan and that spectacular maneuver at the start of Singaporewhere he passed three rivals.
In addition to the four points he added for eighth place in Azerbaijan, Colapinto accumulated another point in the championship (he finished 19th) for the tenth place obtained in the United States.

But in the last few grand prix he had a large number of accidents that overshadowed this ambitious start. Unless there is some pleasant last-minute surprise, Colapinto will not continue in Formula 1 at least in the 2025year in which it would be test driver at Williams.
