Peter Klein and Yvonne Woelke appeared as a couple for the first time at an award ceremony. But it didn’t go completely without taunts from Woelke.
The Reality Awards ceremony took place for the first time in Cologne on December 7th. At the MMC studios, the who’s who of the reality TV world met on the red carpet, with the most popular stars hoping to win in one or more categories. Sophia Thomalla (35) and Olivia Jones (55) hosted the evening. But as befits true reality stars, the focus of the evening wasn’t just the awards.
“She’s the devil!”
On the red carpet of the award ceremony there was a reunion with the feuding ex-couple Iris Klein (57) and Peter Klein (57). The former posed with her partner Stefan Braun, her ex-husband with his new girlfriend Yvonne Woelke (45). While Peter Klein appeared quite conciliatory in his first couple appearance, the new woman at his side shot his ex-wife. “I heard so many crass things that she said about me, and for me it’s… She’s the devil!” Woelke raged in an interview with RTL. Iris Klein and Stefan Braun, on the other hand, seemed to visibly enjoy the evening arm in arm.
Peter and Iris Klein were married for almost 20 years until the 57-year-old separated from him at the beginning of last year. The reason: Her husband and Woelke allegedly had an affair in Australia when they were the companions of the then jungle camp candidates Lucas Cordalis (57) and Djamila Rowe (57). Klein and Woelke vehemently denied the liaison, but in the following months they regularly appeared together at events and shows. It was only with their current participation in “Forsthaus Rampensau Germany” that they made it public that they had been a couple for a few months.
Pregnancy and news in the dating show cosmos
It wasn’t just the Kleins who were a topic of conversation last night: Christina Dimitriou (32) announced the “separation of the year” as the laudator. Before that, she surprised those present with her pregnancy news: “I didn’t eat too much, it’s just that I’m not alone here today. I’m pregnant.” The public will “never know” who the father of her child is, said Dimitriou with Tobo, host of the “Blitzlichtgewitter” podcast.
For two years, love-hungry single ladies have been looking for the man for life on “Make Love, Fake Love”. The catch: Not all of the single men are actually single! Since yesterday evening it has been clear who will follow in the footsteps of Yeliz Koc (31) and Antonia Hemmer (24) next year. As Jones and the “Make Love, Fake Love” presenter Janin Ullmann (42) announced, reality TV celebrity Karina Wagner (28) will put men who want to flirt through their paces from January 2nd.
The winners of the evening
The entire community of reality TV lovers was able to vote online for their personal winners in twelve categories. Both Mike Heiter (32) and his fiancée Leyla Lahouar (28) were named the most popular male reality star and the most popular reality TV lady, respectively. Heiter and Lahouar won second prize for “Love Story of the Year”. The couple was able to prevail against Dennis Gries (31) and his “The Bachelors” winner Katja Gretschuchin (29) as well as Lukas Baltruschat (30) and his ex-flirting Jennifer Iglesias (26). Baltruschat received another award for this: together with his ex-girlfriend Chiara Fröhlich (27) he won the prize for “Separation of the Year”.
In the “Sexy Time of the Year” category, Marc-Robin Wenz (31) and Asena Neuhoff (28) impressed with their scenes in “Are You The One – Reality Stars in Love”, while Xander Stephinger was named “Faker of the Year”. . Stephinger made Antonia Hemmer believe he was solo on “Make Love, Fake Love” while his now ex Lisa Postel was waiting for him. The award for “Reality Documentary of the Year” went to the rapper Bushido (46), his wife Anna-Maria Ferchichi (43) and their show “Bushido & Anna Maria – Alles auf Familie” (since 2022, on RTL+).
Maurice Dziwak (26) and his reality TV colleague Aleksandar Petrović (33) took care of the “Beef of the Year”, while Claudia Obert (63) and her partner Max Suhr (26) won the award for the “Cringe Moment of the Year” received. Luigi “Gigi” Birofio (25) won in the “Funniest Reality Star of the Year” category. Sophia Thomalla, the evening’s presenter, was voted “Reality Host of the Year”. “The Summer House of the Stars” is considered the “Most Popular Reality of the Year” by reality TV lovers.
