What is ANSES early retirement?

This benefit is intended for people who, for different reasons, cannot continue workingbut they already have 30 or 35 years of retirement contributions.

The benefit is equivalent to 80% of full retirement incomean amount that increases automatically upon reaching the legal retirement age: 65 years for men and 60 years for women. This benefit is not compatible with jobs in a dependency relationshipself-employed, social plans and others pension benefits.

Who can access early retirement

Those trying to access early retirement must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: Being up to five years younger than the legal retirement age (Men between 60 and 64 years old, and women between 55 and 59 years old).
  • Contributions: Have at least 30 years of registered contributions, including maternity leaves, unemployment benefits and periods regularized by moratoriums.
  • Unemployment: Finding yourself unemployed.

How to process early retirement in ANSES

The start of the process is easy and quick. It has no cost and can be done as follows:

  1. Enter My ANSES: Access the system using the CUIL and the social security code to verify the contributions made through the “Work” option and then “Check Work History”.
  2. Gather documentation: In case of shortages in the system, documents that prove the periods worked must be gathered, such as service certifications, salary receipts or an affidavit.
  3. Complete the PS form. 6.18: Download the “Request for pension benefits” form from the ANSES website.
  4. Request an appointment: Manage an appointment to appear at an ANSES office.
  5. Present yourself with the documentation: On the day of the shift, bring your DNI and all the documentation required to start the process.
