Nores, Payne’s friend and manager, is charged with the crime of abandonment of a person followed by death and facilitation of narcotics. This last accusation also falls on Piaz and Pereyra.

Two new accusations are also added to the case. They are about Esteban Reynaldo Grassihead of hotel security, and Gilda Martinmanager of CasaSur.
