    In the Patagonian Region, it applies if the income is less than 2.8 minimum, vital and mobile salaries or 4.2 salaries if any member of the household has a CUD registered in ANSES.
  2. Live in an area with natural gas: You must request the gas provider in the area for the “Network Gas Service Refusal Certificate” and then present it at an ANSES office with an appointment.
  3. Doubled benefit in the family group: You must go to an ANSES office with an appointment.
  4. It has a network gas meter: You must go to the gas provider to cancel ownership that does not apply. To correct the data of the members of the family group, you must go to an ANSES office without an appointment.
  5. Cancellation due to 3 consecutive non-payments: You must make a new request.

The requirements to collect the ANSES Home Program in December

  • That no member of the family group has a natural gas service in their name, nor has they requested the Social Gas Rate.
  • That the income of the family group does not exceed 2 minimum vital and mobile salaries or if you are a monotributista up to category C inclusive.
    If one of the members is a person with a disability (and has a current CUD), The monthly income of the family group may be up to 3 minimum vital and mobile salaries. or if you are a monotributista up to category D inclusive.
  • In homes of Lto Pampa, Neuquén, Río Negro, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego and the party of Patagones (province of Buenos Aires), The monthly income of the family group may be up to 2.8 minimum vital and mobile salaries. or monotributist up to category D inclusive, or if a family member with a disability lives, up to 4.2 minimum vital and mobile wages or monotributist up to category E inclusive.

How much is charged for the Home Program in December 2024

The value is set by the Secretary of Energy and varies depending on the size of the family group, the location of the home and the time of year. An additional amount can be added to the basic subsidy:

  • During the winter months.
  • If more than 5 people live in the home.

Additional bottles can be requested in the provinces of Tierra del Fuego, Santa Cruz, Chubut, Rio Negro, Neuquén, La Pampa, Partido de Patagones, La Puna and the cold zones established by Law 27,637 in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, La Rioja, Mendoza, San Juan, Santa Fe, Salta and Tucumán.
