Cathy Hummels’ fans are getting hot and cold: The influencer shares pictures online in which she is only walking through the snow in a bikini.
Cathy Hummels (36) apparently has no problem with winter temperatures. The influencer gives her followers insights into her vacation in the mountains – while wearing scantily clothes.
Hummels shared pictures that show her in just a bikini and winter boots – but at least with a hat and scarf – in the snow. “After the sauna there was cold shock therapy. This enormous change in temperature brought my balance back into balance,” she explains her reasons.
“I just did my thing”
In her story, the ex-wife of Mats Hummels (36) also posted a video in which she is jogging through the snowy landscape in her outfit. “I walked up and down for about 20 minutes. Then I warmed up in the sauna. Then I went into the cold pool again,” she continues about her winter workout. The “bath in the cold mountain air” was very good for her immune system. Hummels was apparently not afraid of the looks of astonished hikers, as she further emphasizes: “In the middle of nothing, I just did my thing. The photo says more than 1000 words.”
A break from stressful days
Cathy Hummels is currently on vacation in Seefeld in Tyrol with her son, her father and other family members. The decision to take a break was made spontaneously, as the entrepreneur explains in her photo description. This was preceded by stressful days in which she had planned a multi-day event for mid-January, which now couldn’t take place.
“It was crazy how crazy the last few days were… especially how much work was ‘in vain’ because everything was organized. The consequence was that I noticed: the battery was empty. More as empty. I have to recharge,” reports Hummels. With the family days in Austria she wants to “boost her immune system” and restore her “body and mind balance”.
