Airbnb is looking for a tenant to live for free for a year in Italy

Regarding the publication that was made, the home is located in the center of the town of Sambuca, where around 6,000 people live.

Those who are interested can enjoy three floors. On the ground floor, there is a small room and a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The first floor has a living room, a kitchen, a work area, a bathroom and a bedroom on a mezzanine. The upper floor has another room with a sofa bed.

The property was acquired by Airbnb, which then hired the architecture studio Studio Didea to do all the necessary reforms in the house, with the condition that in the process they used materials and colors that will adapt to the local landscape.

In detail, the company looks for candidates who are willing to live in Sambuca for at least three months in a row and up to a maximum of one year. Whoever is considered a good host will have the opportunity to travel with a friend, partner or family member.

What are the requirements to apply

• Only two adults and two children can live in the house, not counting the tourists who decide to stay temporarily in the place. Applicants must be committed to integrating into local life, providing Airbnb hosting services, and be prepared to welcome people from all over the world.
• Being over 18 years
• Be available to move to the village as of June 30, 2022 and speak English fluently

The selected person will keep all the income they generate as a host. You can also access Italian courses and Italian cooking classes.
