Boris Becker’s ex is on the RTL show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” with. She “just doesn’t want to be a mom” there. “Love Island” star Maurice Dziwak is also taking the risk.
The rumors have been confirmed: Lilly Becker and reality star Maurice Dziwak are officially the first participants in this year’s season of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” (IBES). As the private broadcaster RTL announced, the two will take part in the 18th season from January 24th.
Dziwak said in an RTL video that taking part meant a lot to him and that it was a dream come true. “I watched everything with my mom and dad on the couch and now you’re just a part of it yourself. And soon you’ll be at the campfire yourself, maybe taking a test – it’s all so unimaginable.”
The 26-year-old Dziwak already has reality experience: among other things, he was a participant in the RTLzwei dating format “Love Island” and in the RTL “Sommerhaus der Stars”.
48-year-old Lilly Becker, ex-wife of tennis legend Boris Becker, discussed her potential role in the camp in the announcement video: She doesn’t want to be the team mom. “I’m a full-time mom, that’s why I go to the jungle – just to not be a mom.” At the same time, she wanted to show her son what his mother can do. She has already taken part in the reality format “Global Gladiators”.
“I’m a star – get me out of here!” starts on January 24th and runs for 18 days at German prime time 8:15 p.m. – unlike before, not until later in the evening after 10:00 p.m. Grand final Sunday is February 9th.
