Michelle Hunziker and daughter Aurora Ramazzotti reveal in a double interview when things get particularly emotional for you at Christmas.
The day before Christmas, Michelle Hunziker (47) and her eldest daughter Aurora Ramazzotti (28) can be seen together in the TV show “Udo Jürgens Forever” (December 23, 8:15 p.m., the first), which is on the occasion of his 10th birthday . Remembered the pop star on the day of his death (December 21, 2014). The show, which is hosted by Hunziker and singer Sasha (52), was pre-recorded in Munich in mid-November and so the family can fully look forward to Christmas on the day it is broadcast. In a double interview with the news agency spot on news, they reveal whether Hunziker and Ramazzotti might even be in the middle of pre-Christmas stress.
This is how mother and daughter avoid pre-Christmas stress
“A little bit of pre-Christmas stress is part of it, but I try not to do everything at the last minute so that it doesn’t get too hectic,” says Aurora Ramazzotti. And her mother adds when it comes to gifts: “I usually try to get everything on time and organize myself early enough, but there have been years when I haven’t been able to do that.”
According to the Swiss-Italian television presenter, she is most happy when “the family is together and spends time together.” Self-painted pictures or handicrafts by her two younger daughters, Sole (born 2013) and Celeste (born 2015), also make her happy. “It’s particularly nice when you notice that the other person has thought about it. It can also just be a few personal lines,” says Hunziker.
Lively, but also emotional
The “personal lines” even seem to be included in this family, because Hunziker also reveals: “The gifts come with a personal little message for the recipient, which is also read out.” That is always very emotional.
The whole family celebrates, as Ramazzotti reveals. “There is a lot of good food, gifts and music. Things are very lively here in Italy,” enthuses the mother of little Cesare, who was born in spring 2023. “And of course a Christmas tree shouldn’t be missing,” she adds. The daughter of musician Eros Ramazzotti (61) has met Cesare’s dad, Goffredo Cerza (28).
The two left it open whether the cuddly singer and his family would be at the big family Christmas party. However, it is more than likely that Tomaso Trussardi (41), Hunziker’s second husband and the father of her younger daughters, will be there.
By the way, there is no traditional Christmas dish. “We always decide relatively spontaneously what to eat at Christmas. But there is a festive meal,” emphasizes Hunziker. There is obviously a sweet element to the food: “In Italy, at Christmas we always have panettone, a cake with dried fruit in it,” says Aurora Ramazzotti.
At least Hunziker isn’t worried about the Christmas pounds, because exercise is on the agenda after the holidays. “After Christmas we almost always go skiing or hiking in the mountains. I like being in nature and exercise is always part of it for me,” she enthuses.
Looking forward to the new year
Michelle Hunziker and Aurora Ramazzotti are not only looking forward to Christmas, but also to 2025. “I’m excited to see what the new year brings,” says the newly engaged 28-year-old. And Hunziker is also looking forward to “time with my family and of course hopefully many new projects.”
