The drama surrounding the fatal shot on the “Rust” set is not over yet. Alec Baldwin now announces further revelations in a podcast.

According to Alec Baldwin, the tragedy surrounding the fatal shooting during the filming of “Rust” is not over yet. says the actor now: “We have more shit that will come to light in the following lawsuits and so on.”

“When people in this country hate someone at this level, they want three things,” Baldwin continued. “They want you to die. They want you to go to prison. And thirdly, they want you to be canceled, which means being in prison or being dead. Because you’re wandering around the earth and you’re invisible .”

Alec Baldwin wants to “uncover what really happened”

Baldwin was holding what was supposed to be a gun prop in his hand on the set of the Western film “Rust” in October 2021 when it accidentally went off, fatally injuring 42-year-old camerawoman Halyna Hutchins. The actor was charged with manslaughter and appeared in court in July. He claimed he did not pull the trigger or know why the gun contained live ammunition. The judge surprisingly dismissed the lawsuit on the third day of the trial after learning that the prosecution had withheld evidence from the defense.

For Baldwin, things are obviously not over yet. In the current podcast he announced: “There is more to come, but what is to come is my attempt, and it will undoubtedly be successful, to clarify and uncover what really happened.” The truth about what really happened was never told, Baldwin said. He continued: “I enjoy the fact that there is so much of this case that is not known because we didn’t have a full trial.”
