Timothée Chalamet was reprimanded by Saoirse Ronan during filming
Timothée Chalamet reminisces about old memories with his multiple film partner Saoirse Ronan. When he was late, she harshly reprimanded him, says the Hollywood star.
Hollywood star Timothée Chalamet remembers being reprimanded by filming partner Saoirse Ronan for being late. He was talking on the phone in his trailer on the set of the film “Little Women” “and then there was a knock on the door of my trailer, really hard,” says Chalamet (28) in a “Vanity Fair” interview with Ronan (30). “I thought someone had died and when I opened the door it was Saoirse with a bald head.”
Ronan said: “Get your butt in the damn trailer, now! They’ll be waiting for you to do your hair and make-up,” says Chalamet. “I just always love that memory.” Golden Globe winner Ronan simply asks Chalamet in response to the story: “Are you on time now?”
For the historical drama “Little Women,” director Greta Gerwig brought Ronan and Chalamet as well as Emma Watson and Florence Pugh in front of the camera. The 2019 film was nominated for six Oscars. Ronan and Chalamet had previously filmed Gerwig’s drama “Lady Bird” together.
