Riccardo Simonetti: Influencer is now officially married

Riccardo Simonetti (31) is now officially married: on Friday evening shortly after the civil wedding in Berchtesgadener Land.

In the photo, the two – Simonetti in a white suit, his husband in a black suit – come out of the room of their civil wedding hand in hand and laughing happily, while friends outside the picture throw confetti.

Simonetti writes about the photo: “Now also on paper: officially husband and wife” and explains how the late official wedding came about after the couple had already celebrated in Mallorca in the summer: “Even if it is perhaps a little unusual, “We decided to celebrate our free wedding before our civil wedding because we didn’t want to feel married when we stood together at the altar.”

For the couple, this process was “exactly the right thing,” as Simonetti emphasizes. Accordingly, it was “particularly nice to feel a little bit of wedding magic again after you’ve already had the big wedding behind you.” Simonetti doesn’t take for granted that he is now legally married to a man: “In Germany, too, this has only been possible since 2017 and I am so happy that my husband and I have had the chance to express our love also to make it official.”

The styling for the wedding also felt very special, as Simonetti says in his Instagram stories. This time the couple celebrated in their hometown of Bad Reichenhall so that their grandmother could also be part of the civil wedding. That led to Simonetti getting ready for his wedding in his old childhood bedroom: “A surreal feeling,” but also “a full-circle moment,” as he calls it.

On August 29th, Simonetti unofficially married his partner Steven in Mallorca in an “all white” ceremony in front of prominent guests such as Sylvie Meis (46), Palina Rojinski (39), Bonnie Strange (38) and Aminata Belli (32). .
