Requirements to access Return to Work
To participate in the program, it is necessary to meet certain conditions:
- Not have formal income greater than 3 Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wages (SMVM).
- Have a job in Job Insertion Program (this requirement replaces the previous one).
- Not be a fugitive from national, provincial or federal criminal justice.
- Not be registered as an employer in the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA).
- Not own more than one piece of real estate.
- Not be the owner of a vehicle, boat or aircraft that is less than 10 years old.
- Not receiving retirements, pensions, unemployment benefits or subsidies.
- Not having formal employment under a dependency relationship, except in exceptions
- Not be independent worker.
- Not having made trips abroad.
Return to Work Program Amount
Currently, the program amount is frozen since December 2023. Therefore, currently the value is $78,000despite the fact that it was previously updated depending on the Minimum, Living and Mobile Wage.
Return to Work: how to claim December payment
