“Baby Driver” star dies at 16

He was only 16 years old: Actor Hudson Meek has died after falling from a moving vehicle.
Hudson Meek (2008-2024) is dead. The young actor, known, among other things, from the action thriller “Baby Driver” (2017), died last week after falling from a moving vehicle in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, according to CNN.
Circumstances remain under investigation
The teenager suffered blunt force trauma in the accident on December 19th and was taken to a hospital in Birmingham, where he died from his injuries on December 21st. According to CNN, the circumstances surrounding Meek’s death remain under investigation.
“His 16 years on this earth were far too short, but he accomplished so much and had a significant impact on everyone he met,” said a statement. In an obituary, Meek is also described as “reflective and attentive.” “He loved skiing and could easily tackle the most difficult slopes that no one else in the family dared to tackle,” CNN quotes from the obituary.
Hudson Meek was in front of the camera as a child. In 2017 he played a younger version of Ansel Elgort’s (30) character Baby in the film “Baby Driver”. He can also be heard as a voice actor in the children’s animated series “Badanamu Stories”.
