Salta will reactivate the works in an important housing complex paralyzed by the Nation

The governor of Salta, Gustavo Saenzannounced that the province will reactivate the construction of a housing complex in Tartagal paralyzed by the Nation as part of the chainsaw plan against public works.

During a visit to that city, Sáenz indicated that his administration will resume next January the project released by the libertarian administration, which consists of 252 homes.

In this regard, The Salta government indicated that the works were paralyzed at the end of 2023 because they depended on national financing and that they had an average progress of 74%.. From now on the construction will be with provincial funds and will be in charge of the Provincial Housing Institute.

“I want to announce that the 252 homes that were paralyzed, starting in January, begin to be reactivated again, and in this way fulfill the dream of those 252 families who saw that they were moving away from the possibility of having their own home again.” expressed Sáenz during the inauguration of the Moto Méndez urban development and the new facilities in the Frigorífico and the municipal building.

“We have made the decision, we have looked for the funds and we have found them, so that those 252 Tatar families can fulfill the dream of their own home and so that those employees who were left without work as of January can continue with the construction of the work”.

The winners are employees of different unions, which granted a quota of 126 units that were drawn among IPV applicants from Targa.

The project originally called Noa – Salta- Tartagal presents a physical progress of more than 74%.

Each tower has a ground floor and two floors, the apartments will be between 62 and 64 square meters, with two and three bedrooms with parking garage. Of the total, 12 will be adapted for motor disabilities.

All towers will have thermal treatment on the facades, as well as aluminum carpentry with double hermetic glass in the windows and solar hot water tanks will be installed to save electrical energy.

Reciprocity

Last week, the Ministers of Public Health of Salta, Federico Mangioneand from Jujuy, Gustavo Bohuidsigned this Friday a framework agreement cooperation and health reciprocity.

Under this agreement, the health ministries of both provinces undertake to establish and implement measures that reduce and/or eliminate administrative or bureaucratic formalities, to favor patients with permanent residence in each province.

With this objective, the Ministries agreed to provide mutual collaboration in all activities, so as to guarantee reciprocity of care in the public hospitals of both provinces. To this end, if necessary, specific and complementary agreements may be signed, detailing particular and technical aspects of the activities to be carried out.

The framework agreement will have a duration of three years, with automatic renewal for equal and successive periods, unless the parties expressly decide to terminate it.
