The Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation shared a compilation of the training provided on Artificial Intelligence for courts across the country
The Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation In this year 2024, this year he dictated a series of conferences training on the impact and applications of Artificial intelligence in judicial areas. More than 400 people attended throughout the country.
The course, among many others taught during his presidency, was organized by Dr. Mariano Borinsky, president of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation and coordinated by Laura Kvitko, Secretary of the Chamber. The speakers at the event were Dr. Daniel Petrone, Juan Manuel Garay -Pro-Secretary of the Chamber- and Hernán Elman -Director of the Digital Center for Judicial Documentation of the Judicial Council of the Nation.
With the participation of more than 400 attendees from all over the country and prominent exhibitors, it was the first course on AI approved by the superintendence of the Chamber, chaired by borinsky in the year 2024.
The day included a enriching space for questions with continuous interaction between its participants through different technological platforms. Attendees from different provinces were able to discuss and clear up doubts about the exhibitions, investigate and delve into different aspects and their application in different jurisdictions and instances in courts throughout the country. This event marked a milestone in the incorporation of advanced technologies into the Argentine judicial field.
At the end of the course, an exhaustive booklet was delivered that compiled the content of the different sessions, allowing participants to review and reinforce the concepts learned. This complementary material turns out to be a valuable tool for the subsequent practical application of the knowledge acquired.
The delivery of the booklet was considered an essential element by the participants to consolidate their learning. The course exhibitors will be part of the diploma “Law in the era of AI: Training and Applications” that will be taught starting in April 2025 at the University of San Isidro
