The US comedian Dick Capri is dead. He died in Florida at the age of 93.

The 93-year-old finally went to bed and died in his sleep in the early hours of December 26th.

He performed for two US presidents
Pennsylvania-born Dick Capri began his career in the early 1970s when he toured with singer Engelbert Humperdinck (88), including in New York City, Las Vegas and London. He made his Broadway debut in 1991 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theater, where he played the lead role in the play “Catskills On Broadway.” Capri also appeared on television several times, including on Comedy Central. According to his website, he was also allowed to perform for US Presidents Gerald Ford (1913-2006) and George Bush (1924-2018).
