Dayle Haddon: actress dies at 76

Dayle Haddon is dead. The actress, who was particularly active in the 80s and 90s, died on Friday at the age of 76 in Pennsylvania. Apparently there was a carbon monoxide leak,

Accordingly, the police were called about a man who was lying unconscious on the first floor of an office. The 76-year-old was taken to a hospital. Authorities then found a 76-year-old woman, later identified as Haddon, dead in a second-floor bedroom.

When examining the crime scene, the fire department discovered a high concentration of carbon monoxide in the apartment. Two paramedics and a police officer also had to be treated because they were exposed to carbon monoxide. According to preliminary investigations, there is said to have been a malfunction in a heating unit.

Born in Toronto, Canada in 1948, Haddon began her career as a ballet dancer, became famous as a supermodel and then an actress in Hollywood. She was seen, among other things, in “Bullets over Broadway” by Woody Allen (89) and the apocalyptic action film “Cyborg”.
