The Carriage Market It is considered by the Buenos Aires government as the first gourmet retail market in the city., which comes to join the already well-known Mercat Villa Crespo, Mercado del Soho and Mercado de San Telmo. Its final opening is scheduled for February and it will have 42 commercial premises mostly intended for gastronomy, although there will also be the sale of national and imported fresh and food products and services related to the gourmet world.
Building It is a project of 4200 square meters, its construction dates back to 1900 and has been protected as historical heritage of the City since 2011. It has two floors and a terrace. On the ground floor you will find the shopping center with the different stalls selling products and on the first floor and terrace you will find the gastronomic premises with the possibility of consuming on the spot or buying to go.
