Laura Maria Rypa and Pietro Lombardi: “On the right path” as a couple

After some turbulence in 2024, Pietro Lombardi (32) and his fiancée Laura Maria Rypa (29) seem to be emerging stronger as a couple at the end of the year. When asked by a follower, the 29-year-old made a long statement about the current status of her relationship with the singer. They are “on the right track” as a couple.

Rypa said she knew that their relationship had a lot of ups and downs. “I am a very emotional but also strong person. Someone who has his own mind and stands up for his beliefs. Pietro is the same way. And sometimes, yes, our strengths have clashed. Maybe we argue more often than others, but I think That also shows how much we care about each other.”

Despite a difficult initial phase in which they sometimes gave up on each other, they always found each other again. “And that, I think, is the most important thing: don’t just give up, don’t throw everything away just because things get difficult. Every person is different, every relationship is different, and that’s exactly what defines us.”

In the meantime, each of them would have gotten to know each other better: “Today we know much better who we are and what we want and I think that shows that we are on the right path. It’s not a perfect story, but it’s ours,” she concludes her statement in her Instagram story.

A few months after their son Amelio Elija was born in August, the couple made headlines in October with an argument that resulted in police intervention. Shortly afterwards, Lombardi and Rypa announced together that the mood in the family was currently “very good”. It was a “crass argument” like they had never had before.

These waves now seem to have completely smoothed over. Both Lombardi and Rypa announced on Instagram that a lot will happen professionally for them in 2025. In addition, son Amelio’s baptism is coming up as well as “vacation with the kids,” Rypa also said in her current Instagram story. However, the wedding of the two does not seem to be planned for 2025.

Lombardi and Rypa have been dating since 2020, barring an initial breakup. At the end of October 2022, he asked for his partner’s hand in marriage, who gave birth to their son Leano (1) in January 2023. They welcomed their son Amelio in August 2024. Lombardi also has son Alessio (9) with his ex-wife Sarah Engels (32).
