What celebrities want for the new year
Like many of us, celebrities also have their wishes for the New Year – from health and family happiness to peace in the world.
What are the celebrities hoping for in 2025? The news agency spot on news asked: Health, family happiness and the desire for peace in the world are at the top of the list for many people.
Entrepreneur and “The Lion’s Den” star Carsten Maschmeyer (65) hopes that “in the coming months we will see light at the end of the political tunnel again. I would like to see a stable majority for a functioning two-party coalition.” But it is even more important to him that “there is finally more peace in the world again.”
Herbert Knaup (68) also agrees with this. “It’s so chaotic in the world right now, with the wars in Israel, in Ukraine, in Russia, in many parts of the world. It’s really dangerous and dramatic. Of course you want reason to slowly take hold and peace at last comes in,” explains the actor. “Privately, I hope that the order situation, which is looking quite good for me at the moment, stays that way and that I can continue to spend happy days with my family.”
Health and family happiness
“Health for me and my family. If everything stays the way it is, I’ll be happy,” says actor Mark Keller (59). “Let’s Dance” star Massimo Sinató (44) is equally pragmatic: “To be honest, I am very grateful for everything I have been able to experience so far, both professionally and my family happiness. Having my own family is something wonderful . I wish my family stays healthy and happy.”
Steven Gätjen (52) “just hopes that it continues like this. There are always challenges, but I’m ready to overcome them. I’m looking forward to new impressions, I want to create memories and look back on 2025 as satisfied as I am now do 2024.”
Actress and musician Lara Mandoki (35) wants “exciting projects that are challenging and from which you can grow, beautiful encounters and enough inner peace not to miss the moments that make up life.”
Big plans and projects
Pop star Semino Rossi (62) reveals some of his plans for 2025: “Including a Mother’s Day concert on May 11th in Berlin. I would like to take a trip to my home country of Argentina again – and I enjoy every moment of my life, with my three grandchildren and with the family.”
TV presenter Judith Rakers (48) also has promising and varied professional projects up her sleeve: “I’m in the process of building a small island farm on Rügen for myself, my family and the animals. I’m working on my own greenhouse series, which is… “It’s produced in Germany and doesn’t come off the assembly line in the Far East and my second children’s book will be published.”
