Furthermore, the former president’s defense added: “Francisco, who is only two years old, is at risk, far from his center of life, from his family and in the care of who knows, God.”
“Francisco’s safety must be preserved. It is clear that his family is not there and that his mother does not take care of him as she should. Leaving him in the hands of third parties on New Year’s Eve (I understand that he did the same on Christmas Eve when prevented me from greeting him) is sufficient proof to show that she prefers to attend to her wishes before attending to her son,” said Fernández.
Finally, the former president stated: “His mother, while making multiple trips and participating in night outings, leaves Francisco completely unattended or, at best, under the care of unrelated third partiessince in Spain he does not have family members who can assume this responsibility.
