In the upcoming Netflix documentary “With Love, Meghan”, Duchess Meghan’s viewer is supposed to get a homely feeling of a great hostess and housewife, but that’s just an illusion.
The announcement of the royal documentary “With Love, Meghan”, which is scheduled to start on January 15th in Germany on the major streaming provider Netflix, says: “Together with her guests, she lends a hand in the kitchen and in the garden and invites the viewers “to do the same”. The funny thing is that Duchess Meghan doesn’t do this in her own realm.
Would you also work in someone else’s garden or kitchen to show off your hospitality and skills to friends and family? No? Duchess Meghan does. The documentary, which is actually supposed to present a homely US housewife, was demonstrably not filmed in the property of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan.

Duchess Meghan entertains TV guests in someone else’s home
From her December 2022 Netflix debut, “Harry & Meghan,” die-hard fans know that the Duchess’ kitchen in her family home Montecito is completely different. The “Daily Mail” also took a closer look and was able to determine that the kitchen in which the new lifestyle cooking series with the Duchess of Sussex was filmed was in a villa a few minutes’ walk from the royal home. The portal has the filming permits for the show. These include two different locations.
The villa was rented especially for the filming, although according to the British newspaper, Meghan promised the viewers a feeling of “at home with Meghan” in advance. The fake Netflix home actually belongs to the Cipolla family and has eight acres of avocado trees and lemon groves in a gated community.
Apparently, as it appears in the trailer posted by Meghan and in the images provided by Netflix, the £15,000 stove, the £600 pans and the £60 cutting boards are also the Cipolla family’s equipment.
The kitchen of the royal dropout couple was also published in “Vogue” magazine in 2021; the difference to the house shown in the documentary is also clear in the pictures. The couple’s home kitchen actually looks like this:
