  • Identification of the doctor or prescribing professional (name, registration, profession, specialty and address).

How to register for the electronic prescription system

To register in the system you must follow the following steps:

  1. The first step is to generate a user in the Interactive Information System (SII). With the account enabled in the SII, you can request access to the Electronic Prescription System.
  2. Once you receive the email with the Username and Access Code to the Interactive Information System, the assigned password must be modified.
  3. Once the password has been modified, it must be registered on the platform’s CUP platform.
  4. You must request access permission to the Electronic Prescription System through the CUP Systems Platform and self-manage the permission.
