Duchess Meghan: Girlfriend raves about Netflix filming

“The Office” star Mindy Kaling (45) is not only an actress, but also a close friend of Duchess Meghan (43). She will star in the new Netflix series “With Love, Meghan,” which arrives on Netflix on January 15th. On the sidelines of the Golden Globes on January 5th, she gave a few insights into filming together.

On the red carpet, Kaling raved about the series and working with the Duchess of Sussex in several interviews. She said, for example, how Prince Harry’s wife (40) asked her to appear: “You know, I was just on maternity leave and Meghan sent me a text message and asked: ‘Hey, do you want to be on my show and go to Montecito Come and let me cook for you?'” She then thought: “Yes! That sounds perfect, I would like to do that.” Since she had just had her third child, she was happy to be looked after. “And so it’s just nice to have someone else cook for me. And I said, ‘I’ll come to Montecito and let you cook for me and go to your garden.’ And that’s what we did,” explained . With Meghan you also know “that the food will be good”.

Her famous friend’s cooking skills turned out to be as exquisite as expected: “Unsurprisingly, she blew me away,” praised Mindy Kaling effusively on “Deadline.” Meghan’s recipes are “just very accessible.” “She started a garden from scratch, which I could never do, and chickens. When asked whether Prince Harry had similar kitchen skills to his wife, Kaling revealed: “Harry was there, but he didn’t cook for me. But I heard that he’s actually a pretty good cook. He knows his stuff Kitchen out.”
