ANSES implemented a new requirement to access the Pregnancy Allowance

From now on, the procedure must be carried out in person if you are not registered in this other program.

The National Social Security Administration (ANSES)an organization dependent on the Ministry of Human Capital, is already preparing payments for its social benefits, such as payments to retirees, pensioners and family allowance holders for this first month of the year.

By decision of the national government, the organization established a increase in the amount of all their benefits. The measure was made official through Resolution 1239/2024 published in the Official Gazette. The increase is 2.43% and corresponds to the inflation data for November. This is due to Decree 274/25 that governs the mobility formula and proposes a proportional increase to the Consumer Prices (CPI) from two months ago.

In addition, it has implemented adjustments to the process to obtain the Pregnancy Allowancethe program aimed at pregnant women who are unemployed, are social monotributists or work in the informal economy. New requirements to access the Pregnancy Allowance
