The renowned actress Ariana DeBose revealed that he is in talks to play Eva Peron in a new revival of the musical Avoid.

What Ariana DeBose said about the chance to star in “Evita”
DeBose said of the work: “If you are going to revive a property that is well known and loved, It is essential to have a new vision, a new way to reach today’s audiences”.
He added that directors like Lloyd are “willing to take risks to remount these beloved productions,” adding, “It feels very risky, but if you’re willing to do it,” it can be worth it.
DeBose also noted that Evita raises many questions about women in politics. “We’re seeing this play out around the world as well, both in positive ways and in ways that could be quite negative,” she said of the play and the presidential election between Kamala Harris and donald trump.
And he added: “There is a lot of talk about women from the male perspective. We should ask ourselves what expectations we have of them and what fables, stories and truths we tell ourselves about who we think they are and who they really are.”
“There is a lot of mystery surrounding the word ‘woman’. Women are revered and feared for a reason: because they are powerful and it doesn’t matter what circumstances you put them in. It’s great to be a woman, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.”
DeBose said he has his “fingers crossed” and hopes that everything “fit so I can be in London”.
