The house from the series “Breaking Bad” is for sale and there is controversy over its price

Since the series premiered, fans have visited the location to take photos.

The house in the series Breaking Bad is for sale. Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the house was used as the home of Walter White in the series starring Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul which aired between 2008 and 2013.

The house is for sale for 4 million dollarsdespite the fact that other similar houses in the area are estimated to be worth $350,000.

Since the show began airing, fans have visited the location to take photos. Speaking to local radio station KOB4, the current owner, Joanne Quintanasaid they have an average of “300 cars per day”according to Consequence.

Although Quintana recalled some positive memories from the show’s production, including the day Cranston threw a pizza onto the ceiling in a single take, she told the station that she was frustrated with the amount of fan traffic in recent years, as well as also with those who recreated the show’s famous pizza moment.

More recently, they added a fence to protect the property, but now, after 52 years, they have decided to leave. “We will leave with only our memories. It’s time to move on. We’re done. There are no reasons to continue fighting,” Quintana said. “I hope they do what the fans want. They want a B&B, they want a museum, they want access to it. Forward”.

Bryan Cranston’s cameo as Walter White

In addition to a cameo in the last season of Better Call SaulCranston reappeared as White for a brief appearance in the one-off film The Way in 2019, and also revived the character for a Super Bowl commercial in 2023.

The creator Vince Gilligan also discussed the possibility of a spin-off show for White’s son Walt Jr. (RJ Mitte) in 2023.

In other news, last year Breaking Bad was voted the best show of the last 25 years in a fan poll on Rotten Tomatoes.
