Actor secretly watched football
Sunday’s Golden Globes weren’t the focus of everyone’s attention. Dax Shepard was watching a Detroit Lions football game from under the table.
Not every guest at the Golden Globes was captivated by the awards ceremony on Sunday evening. Despite world stars on stage and the excitement surrounding the winners, some were busy with other things – Dax Shepard (50), for example, preferred to secretly watch sports under the table.
His wife Kristen Bell (44) caught the actor and took a video of the scene. It shows Harrison Ford (82) and Anthony Mackie (46) presenting the award for best animated film just a few meters away on stage.
“Priorities”
The cell phone camera then pans to Shepard, who is sitting next to Bell and looking down with great concentration. There he has his smartphone clamped between his thighs and is watching the live broadcast of a football game between the Detroit Lions and the Minnesota Vikings. Bell writes briefly and simply about the clip: “Priorities.”
By the way, “Flow” won the award for best animated film. The surprise winner is a film without dialogue about a cat trying to survive a flood in a boat with other animals. He was able to prevail against major competition such as “The Wild Robot”, “Inside Out 2” and “Wallace & Gromit”.
