“I woke up this morning and a lot of friends and clients were reaching out to me about losing their homes in the last few days,” Oppenheim said in the clip. “They need help finding a new place to live.” He thinks: “As real estate agents, we have an obligation to help them – even if it becomes difficult because so many people are looking for a new place to live and there aren’t many houses left.”

He therefore announces: “All Oppenheim Group agents will represent you free of charge or refund any commission we receive on the transaction. If you have lost your house, we will do our best to find a new place to live.” The current situation is an opportunity “for all real estate agents to give something back to the community.”
