One of the social benefits that is delivered this first month of the year is Home Program. Financial aid to facilitate the purchase of bottles for lower-income households that do not have a connection to the natural gas network.

What is the ANSES Home Program
The Home Program is intended to guarantee access to bottled gas (bottles) to those homes with lower income and that they are in areas no natural gas service or that are not connected to the home gas distribution network.
To request this social benefit you only have to follow these steps:
- Go to the website or app “my ANSES“, with your Social Security Code.
- Verify and upload your data. Check that your personal data and family relationships are up to date.
- From the menu, select Programs and Benefits > Request Social Rate. I chose the Home Program option and followed the steps.
- Once the application is completed, download the receipt. ANSES will contact you to inform you about the status of the process.
ANSES requirements to access the Home Program in January
- That no member of the family group has a natural gas service in their name, nor has they requested the Social Gas Rate.
- That the income of the family group does not exceed 2 vital and mobile minimum wages. If you are a monotributista up to the category c inclusive.
- If one of the members is a person with a disability (and has a valid CUD), the monthly income of the family group may be up to 3 vital and mobile minimum wages. If you are a monotributista up to the category d inclusive.
- In homes in La Pampa, Neuquén, Río Negro, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego and the Patagones district (province of Buenos Aires), the monthly income of the family group may be up to 2.8 minimum vital and mobile wages or monotributist up to category d inclusive. If a family member with a disability lives, up to 4.2 minimum vital and mobile wages or monotributist up to category AND inclusive.
