Sophia Thomalla is happy about Zverev’s victory
Alexander Zverev celebrated an opening victory in Melbourne. His friend Sophia Thomalla cheered with him.
TV star Sophia Thomalla (35) was happy in Melbourne with her boyfriend Alexander Zverev (27). The 35-year-old celebrated the German tennis professional’s victory against Lucas Pouille (30) from France in the first round of the Australian Open 2025. Zverev won 6:4, 6:4, 6:4. Thomalla appeared in the stands in a black outfit, which she combined with a baseball cap.
Trip to Australia together
Sophia Thomalla has been in Australia with her partner for several days. As usual, she lets her fans share her highlights on her official Instagram account. On December 27th, Thomalla posted some snapshots from a helicopter flight with Zverev, a subsequent hike through nature and a joint visit to the cute short-tailed kangaroos, called quokkas. She commented on her photo series with the words: “Best day ever!” The 34-year-old has also visited art galleries, as she also showed, while Zverev was preparing for the tournament.
The tennis star and the presenter made their relationship public in October 2021. In December of that year they celebrated their first official appearance as a couple on “Ein Herz für Kinder”. Thomalla can often be seen in the stands at Zverev’s tournaments. Last year she also took part in the Australian Open.
