Til Schweiger is currently loving LA, as can be seen in a recent Instagram post. As people lose their homes in Los Angeles, he enjoys the sunset.
The City of Angels has been burning since Tuesday morning. Almost 200,000 people were evacuated and over 10,000 houses burned down. So far there is no end in sight to the catastrophic fire and people are praying and trembling for their homes. The whole world looks at the Hollywood fire roller and feels pity. Many people, even celebrities, are helping on site.
Harry and Meghan traveled from Montecito to distribute food just like Jennifer Garner, Angelina Jolie and many others are currently taking in homeless people and everyone who can lends a hand, donating or collecting clothes – and everything the victims might need . Meanwhile, Til Schweiger is apparently sitting on a balcony near the sea and enjoying the sunset in LA

The actor posted a picture on Instagram that at first glance might look like the fire roller that is harming so many people. At second glance you can see that it is a sunset. He writes about the picture: “Back in LA” and a red heart – but apparently he’s there more to relax than to help.
Til Schweiger receives heavy criticism on Instagram
His post is full of posts from fans asking if the actor and his family are doing well. Because logically, people currently associate Los Angeles with the danger of fire. But some followers also criticize the actor: “All around there is chaos, destruction and suffering. But Monsieur is enjoying the sunset…” writes one. Another Instagram user writes: “The cloud is already very dark. LA is no longer a place for luxury…”. Some people sum up the criticism more briefly and write: “Seriously?”
The timing of posting a sunset picture, which can also be reminiscent of the fire in terms of color, while there is fire everywhere in Los Angeles is, in many eyes, more than tasteless. We can only hope that Schweiger’s stay in the City of Angels still serves a good cause.
