New “LOL” season with Fitz and Brugger
“LOL: Last One Laughing” is one of the most successful comedy formats in Germany. The sixth season starts in spring. Now it is clear with which line-up.
Actor Florian David Fitz, entertainer Riccardo Simonetti and comedian Hazel Brugger are in the new edition of the comedy series “LOL”. In addition to them, Jürgen Vogel, Lutz van der Horst, Ralf Schmitz, Till Reiners, Ariane Alter, Helene Bockhorst and Giovanni Zarrella can also be seen in the sixth season of the show, as the streaming service Prime Video announced. The new round starts in spring (date still unclear).
In six episodes, “LOL: Last One Laughing” follows ten celebrities from the fields of comedy, acting and presenting as they challenge themselves not to laugh while trying to make their colleagues laugh.
Michael “Bully” Herbig monitors every little movement – with over 40 cameras in his control room. The rule of the game is: If you laugh twice, you’re out. You can win prize money of 50,000 euros for a good cause.
“LOL” is one of the most successful comedy formats in Germany. The format won the German Comedy Prize and the German Television Prize and was nominated for the International Emmy.
