Following breakup reports, Lily Allen has taken a break from podcasting. Meanwhile, David Harbor was spotted playing basketball.

British pop singer Lily Allen (39) recently announced a break (BBC Sounds). In a conversation with her podcast partner Miquita Oliver (40), she explained that she had recently been through a “hard time”. The musician’s open words followed reports from December about an alleged separation from her husband, US actor David Harbor (49).

“It’s hard for me to be interested in anything. I’m really not feeling well,” Allen revealed on her podcast last Thursday, according to the BBC. “I know I’ve been talking about this for months, but I’m spiraling and it’s gotten out of control.” She can’t focus on anything else at the moment other than “the pain I’m going through. And it’s really hard.” She suffered a panic attack at Christmas dinner and went home. She also recently had to cut short a visit to the theater with friends early.

Break without cell phone

She will now be leaving and the audience won’t hear her “for a few weeks” while the podcast continues without her and with other co-hosts. However, the 39-year-old emphasized that this was not a drug withdrawal and that she had not relapsed. She did not say where Allen went. However, she is not allowed to use a cell phone there. “They’re not good for us. They’re definitely not good for me right now. I really don’t like my phone.” As the Mail on Sunday reported, the musician and actress, who moved to New York with Harbor and their two daughters, is said to be in a US trauma clinic.

Meanwhile, “Stranger Things” star David Harbor was seen at a basketball game last Sunday. As a celebrity guest, he followed the game between the Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks in New York’s Madison Square Garden, as the Knicks shows. In the photo, the actor is smiling at the camera and holding his right thumb up.
