Square instead of round: fashionistas now love square toe boots

Shoe fashion couldn’t be more contradictory at the moment: While pointed models are popular for high heels, boots with square toes are also in vogue. The so-called square toe boots give the wearer a modern look that can be styled with both warm colors and a cool monochrome look. The new boot trend is so versatile.

As a model, Stefanie Giesinger (28) is always up to date when it comes to fashion, as she has now proven with her boots. The ex-“GNTM” winner chose square toe boots in the trendy shade of red grenade. Together with her beige micro shorts they gave her extra long legs. She only put on dark tights under the skimpy panties. She was still warmly dressed in a gray vest and a brown wool sweater, under which she put a dark turtleneck sweater. To soak up the rays, she completed her look with a pair of tinted aviator sunglasses.

As the centerpiece of her look, she chose black square toe boots with a knee-high shaft, which she wore with an oversized blazer. A pair of black fabric shorts showed off her tanned legs, while a semi-sheer top enhanced the black combination. She coordinated her gold stud earrings with the metallic details of her small handbag.

Square toe boots with a low heel are ideal for long walks. So she opted for a pair of olive green boots that only gave her a few extra inches. The boots weren’t the only green it-piece: she also kept her wool miniskirt with a cable-knit pattern in the color. She brought more earth tones into her outfit with her maroon sweater and brown-gray coat.
