Anna-Carina Woitschack: Last visit to the hairdresser before the jungle camp

As this year’s jungle camp candidate, Anna-Carina Woitschack (32) is heading to Australia in a few days. Before her TV adventure, the singer paid a visit to her hairdresser and visually prepared herself for Down Under – she showed this in a video from January 13th. “I’ve been wearing tape extensions for many years… Since they would certainly be impractical in the jungle, I decided on a new cut: snap-snap, hair off! Tapes out,” Woitschack explained to her fans about the clip.

In the video you can then see how Woitschack’s usual blonde hair has to give way to a shorter hairstyle. The 32-year-old is visibly thrilled with the result: “I’m super happy. […] The jungle-ready look is ready. […] So now we’re going to Australia.” And her fans also like the new cut. “It fits you perfectly – and certainly better for the jungle!” praised one user, while another wrote enthusiastically: “Finally more personality. Everyone has long hair and waves. Much naughtier!”

“As the first pop singer, I want to bring the jungle crown into the pop world,” said Woitschack, confident of victory before she moved into the jungle camp. The musician wants “dear fellow campers”, but is not “naive”. “There can be stress and it can also be unpleasant. I face that,” says Woitschack. She receives support from her partner Daniel Böhm and her best friend Paulina Wagner.
