Edith Stehfest is “in absolute error mode”
The jungle camp will start soon. Shortly before departure for Australia, however, Edith Stehfest caused concern among her fans.
The starting signal for this year’s edition of the show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” will be given on January 24th. Shortly before departure to the Australian jungle camp, participant Edith Stehfest (29) caused concern among her fans: The wife of actor and author Eric Stehfest (35) posted an Instagram story in which she sits in a practice with an infusion. She also has an oxygen tube attached to her nose.
Is their participation in danger? Shortly before the treatment, Stehfest was “in absolute error mode,” as she also announced via Instagram story. The reason she gave was that she was much late for an appointment – “when I realized that I was going to be late and stood still for a moment, all the impressions of the last few days rained down on me.” She then had to “cry a lot”.
But her supporters probably don’t have to worry that she might not travel to the jungle camp after all. The oxygen therapy and the infusion were apparently only intended to reduce her stress level. “This is the perfect go-to-the-jungle package,” she quotes from the story, which is no longer available.
She is ready for the adventure
Stehfest just reassured that he was ready for Australia. She “loves adventures” and the children are now old enough that she can say with a clear conscience: “Mom will be in the forest for three weeks, hopefully.” The 29-year-old is indicating that she wants to stay on until the finale of the show.

The new season of “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” opens on Friday, January 24, 2025. The episodes are broadcast daily on RTL from 8:15 p.m. The show will again be moderated by Sonja Zietlow (56) and Jan Köppen (41).
