Jessica Alba: First statement after divorce rumors

The news about Jessica Alba (43) and Cash Warren (46) ending their marriage after almost 17 scandal-free years recently surprised many. The actress has now broken her silence and shared a few words about the reasons for the separation.

“I have been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba posted on Thursday, January 16. “I am proud of how we have grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and now it is time for us to begin a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

The actress, known, among other things, for the series “Dark Angel” and the film “Fantastic Four”, during which she met Warren in 2004, added: “We go into the future with love, kindness and respect for each other and will be one forever “Our children are our top priority and we ask for privacy during this time.” Alba and film producer Warren have three children: Honor (16), Haven (13), and Hayes (6).

On January 8, Alba and Warren were reportedly preparing for a divorce. According to an American source, the couple faced “a lot of ups and downs.” According to one, the producer has already “removed things from the shared house.” But since the fires in California, they’ve been spending more time under one roof as a family. “They are there for each other right now as it is a very nerve-wracking time.”
