Villa Martelli: a young man killed his mother after an argument and told the police that he had committed suicide

A 19-year-old young man was arrested this Thursday in the town of Villa Martelli, accused of murder by stabbing in the neck to his mother after having an argument with her. Upon being arrested, the young man assured that his mother had taken her own life.

Officers from the Fourth Police Station went to the house located on Laprida Street in the Buenos Aires town and found Maria Roxana Imbrogiano (50) without vital signs, with cutting wounds on the jugular and palms of the hands.

Her son, Leandro Agustín Imbrogiano, stated that his mother had committed suicide after an argument, something that was not credible due to the injuries suffered by the victim. Furthermore, the young man himself had lsions in one hand and admitted to handling and washing objects that could have been used to commit the crime.
