And they added the following:
- Strengthening the single line for attention and advice in cases of national gender violence (Line 144), today almost dismantled.
- Operation of the “National Plan for the Prevention of Unintentional Pregnancy in Adolescents” (ENIA Plan).
- Compliance with the law on “Prevention and Punishment of Human Trafficking and Assistance to its Victims” (Law 26,842).
- Compliance with the law of the “Body of Lawyers for Victims of Gender Violence” (Law 27,210) to guarantee access to justice with free legal sponsorship.
- Compliance with the “Economic Reparation Law for girls, boys and adolescents victims of family or gender violence” (Law 27,452) RENNYA, better known as “Brisa Law”.
- Compliance with the “Acompañar Program” at the national level.
- Effective implementation of the National Law of Comprehensive Sexual Education (ESI), at all levels of education nationwide with the due incorporation of the issue of sexist violence. (Law 26,510).
- National compliance with Law 27,610 (IVE)
- Compliance with the “Micaela Law” of mandatory gender training for all people who make up the three branches of the State (Law 27,499).
Finally, the report shows numbers in relation to crimes of gender violence:
- 45 victims had filed a complaint.
- 13 femicides had a precautionary preventive measure issued.
- 15 femicides belonging to or former security force.
- 35 victims had evidence of sexual abuse.
- 5 victims of alleged prostitution or trafficking.
- 4 victims were pregnant.
- 3 lesbicides.
- 8 trans/transvesticides.
- 11 victims were migrants.
- 1 victim of indigenous peoples.
- 39 femicides committed suicide.
- 18 victims in the context of drug crime.
- 24 linked femicides of adult men and children.
