Chrissy Teigen speaks out in favor of social media curfew
Social networks such as Instagram and Tiktok should be switched off at night. Model Chrissy Teigen speaks out for this. For what reason?
If model Chrissy Teigen had her way, social networks should be unavailable between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. in the morning. The government or an ethics commission should ensure that social media is switched off during this time, said model and cookbook author Teigen in her Instagram story, according to the industry portal “People”.
“I think one day there will be this incredible rule,” she continued. “Life was great, it used to be great” before these networks existed. It is certainly difficult to imagine this idea in reality – “but it is doable”. Social media shouldn’t rule your life.
The idea came to Teigen after Tiktok was briefly no longer available in the USA over the weekend. The app is now back. Chrissy Teigen has been married to singer John Legend since 2013. The couple has four children.
