Aminata Belli: The presenter is taking a break

The presenter Aminata Belli (32), known, among other things, from the talk format “deep and clear” on NDR and funk, is saying goodbye to the public for a while. She needs a break like she does. In it she also explains the reasons for her break.

“Guys, I’ve completely taken over myself in the last few months and, in addition to too many personal stresses, I’ve simply had far too much work,” writes Belli. In addition, there has recently been “too much pressure and expectations from outside plus countless hate messages from various corners”. The 32-year-old explains: “Blue hearts and German flags are suggested under my reels and strangers write me such crap non-stop that I’m losing more and more hope for our future.”

Belli is “so sorry that this place has become so ugly.” She has met many great people through the social media platform with whom she also feels connected. “It’s cruel that the others are destroying what was once a safe space and my home,” she continues. The presenter “urgently needs a break and I’m going to take it now.”

Aminata Belli is often asked, “How do I always manage to do all this?” Her honest answer: “I can’t do it.” Not only does she urgently need assistance, but she also needs to “relieve herself first and really just get out. Off the internet and out of constant availability.”

That’s exactly why Belli canceled an upcoming job and took time off. Your plan for the coming weeks? “I sublet my apartment and bought an old cell phone from the classifieds so I could travel to a distant country with it. I’ll leave my iPhone with all its obligations and apps at home and I’ll recharge my own batteries instead. Because if I don’t even take a breath now, I’m not going to be able to do anything anymore. I’m noticing it.

In one of the pictures attached to the post, Belli suggests that she will probably be back in the spring. She’s taking her “little break” until March.
