ANSES launches a key tool for all retirees, pensioners and allowance holders

Learn about the new communication channel through which owners can report a complaint.

The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) reported a new communication channel by which the holders of retirements, allowances and pensions may make complaints. This was created within the framework of the campaign “If it happens to you, we care”which has the objective of encouraging its beneficiaries to report if they suffer mistreatment by agency workers.

It is important to keep in mind that the new channel only reports acts of lack of respect by ANSES employees. To make other types of complaints you must go to My ANSESto the section Complaints and Claims and choose the appropriate option.

Through a statement, ANSES explained that the new complaints channel is a exclusive telephone line for complaints external and independent for those holders who have been victims of mistreatment, fraud or institutional violence during care in one of its offices. The number to call is 130.

“This line will be available to all citizens who consider that they were not treated with the due respect and dignity that corresponds to them or that they would have been mistreated, insulted or reprimanded for any type of cultural, political or gender preference (discrimination)“, the organization explained in the statement. The objective of this initiative is also to raise awareness and educate its employees in order to provide the best possible service.

If it happens to you, we care: how to file a complaint with ANSES

Holders of benefits who have ever carried out in-person procedures with the organization may file a complaint. Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00. They must call 130 and select option 2, where the name, surname and ID of the complainant, contact information and the ANSES office where the incident occurred will be requested. The data provided will be preserved by the organization within the framework of Law 25,326 on Protection of Personal Data.
