Boris Becker’s ex-wife (57) revealed this shortly before moving into the Australian wilderness. “I’ve been in menopause for a few weeks or just under a month,” she said. However, the 48-year-old is happy about the change.

She speaks of an “unbelievable” phase. “I feel a difference in everything. I’m happy,” said Becker in the interview. “It’s really a milestone.” The fact that she no longer gets her period is strange, but at the same time it is also a reason to be happy. She feels very good and goes into the jungle with a completely new body feeling.
Above all, she is happy that the suffering of the past few years is over: “The perimenopause was terrible for me! Your hormones, your feelings – oh my God,” is how the 48-year-old describes the phase that lasted a year and a half for her . Perimenopause is the transition phase to menopause in which women usually have to contend with significant fluctuations in the reproductive hormones estrogen or progesterone. This can often lead to symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep problems, mood swings or cognitive changes.
