Take the waiting press wet once? This request garnished Prince William with a joke on Wednesday.
A visit to the finalist of the Earthshot Prize 2024 has become one of the most beautiful days of his life for Prince William (42). In any case, he revealed this with a wink before spraying water with some children towards photographers.

The British heir to the throne visited the biotechnology company Naturemetrics in Guildford, Surrey on Wednesday to learn more about their work. During the press appointment there was a funny moment. As William with a group of local school children and one of the co -founders, he filled injected with sea water, as a video published by “Express” shows. Finally, someone suggested that he could aim at the waiting press and get the journalists wet, whereupon William jokes: “This is pretty much the most beautiful day of my life.” In fact, together with the children, he injected water towards the photographers – but made sure that he didn’t get anyone wet.
Naturemetrics makes it possible to measure effects on nature and ecosystems. The company was one of the finalists in the “Protect and Restore” category of the Earthshot Prize 2024, which was awarded in South Africa in November. Prince William launched the environmental prize in 2020.
