Boris Becker actually wants to prove himself in the new Netflix survival show “Bear Hunt-The Celebrity Hunting”. But the project is not going well for a long time.
While Lilly Becker struggles with Sam Dylan and cockroaches in the jungle camp, her ex-husband also wants to prove herself in the jungle. In the new Netflix adventure show “Bear Hunt-The Celebrity Hunting”, British adventurer Bear Grylls challenges a group of more prominent. Among them is the German tennis legend Boris Becker, who has lived in Great Britain for many years.

According to the British newspaper “The Sun”, the conditions on the show should be extremely hard. Twelve celebrities are exposed to the jungle in Costa Rica and have to prove themselves. Apparently, Netflix provided injections with snake counter egg and several ambulances to supply the celebrities. Boris Becker bragged right from the start.
According to the “Sun”, he said to moderator Holly Willoughby that he “survived the prison. I want to compare it to the wilderness. It’s about overcoming and not falling,” said Becker.
A lot of drama, a broom chamber and today the great love
In 1985, Boris Becker was in a relationship with the three-year-old US tennis player Susan Mascarin. After his Wimbledon triumph, the then 17-year-old replied on the question of how things go with the women: “Well, in any case, after Wimbledon there were more than before.” Mascarin is three years older than Becker and was also a tennis professional at the time. But for a long time to prove himself, the Leimener did not. He injured himself in the first episode. “After years of playing tennis, as expected, Boris is drawn by injuries so that his mobility was affected,” the “Sun” quotes one of the producers. “He twisted his knee and we didn’t want to risk that he was doing even more damage, so he was sent out, which was really a shame.”
But Becker was not the only one who was difficult for the survival struggle. The British designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen feared that he had a heart attack and had to get help. Of all things, Bear Grylls himself provided him. In the end it turned out that Lleweryn-Bowen had no heart attack, but a panic attack.
So far there is no German broadcast date for “Bear Hunt”. According to Netflix, the program should soon be available in this country.
