He lost 15 kilos in the jungle camp

Jürgen Hingsen is no longer part of the jungle camp. He was the first celebrity to leave the show. The hardships put him.

Jürgen Hingsen (67) had to leave the RTL jungle camp on Friday evening. In conversation with the news agency Spot on News, the former world -class tie fighter spoke about the immense loss of substance, which he was at “I am a star – get me out of here!” () suffered. The ex-athlete also revealed that he was glad that moderator Sonja Zietlow (56) called up his name and he was allowed to leave the camp.

Herr hinged, how are you after moving out?

Jürgen Hingsen: I’m a bit struck and limp. The whole thing is really not without and I never thought that it would be so hard. 15 kilos are gone and I suffered quite a bit from this loss of substance. Sleep deprivation, meal depreciation, love deprivation: the whole program really cost strength.

Do you want to put the weight on it completely?

Hauptsen: 10 kilos are actually enough. (laughs) You first have to get used to eating solid food again – no longer just rice and beans. I can never eat that again in my life anyway. But I take it easy and now don’t order four or five steaks.

At first they worked almost relieved when they were selected. Were you glad that the jungle camp ended for you?

Hingsen: Yes, yes. Honestly: I was really happy. I have disappeared my strength and it became more and more difficult. I was relieved when Sonja said I was out.

Were you mad at Sam Dylan that he could earn so few stars?

Hingsen: No, not at all. I always said to him: “Sam, don’t do anything. Next time will be better.” Defeats are part of being successful later. I also believe that it has grown.

Did you already have the opportunity to enjoy the advantages outside the camp?

Hingsen: Yes, there was already coffee. But the smell was enough that I have come up with feelings of happiness. Otherwise, I will now use the time with my wife to get to know the country and its people better. For me it will be a really great and round thing. I don’t want to miss the experience here.

They kept in the background – at least that on TV. Was that intent or does that simply correspond to your nature?

Hingen: Not really. I have made it aware of it a few times because certain discussions were running. But then I have always intervened when there was stress. For example in the dispute between Sam and Lilly.

Who could you best be with?

Hingsen: I almost adopted Timur as a son. It was so golden and read every wish from my eyes. But Anna-Carina, Maurice, Nina and Lilly were really great.

If you treat the title of the jungle king the most?

Hinge: everyone. I will keep my fingers crossed for everyone. Everyone really deserves it. It is crucial who has most of the energy. For me, Edith is in the closer favorite group. It is very tough. But also Lilly and Nina. Nina was like the nation’s mother.

Would you go to the jungle again?

Hingsen: (laughs) That’s it! That was my jungle experience! No, fun aside: It was really great and I learned a lot about teamwork and how important it is to work together.
